  Went into the store for the first time and got a very warm greeting. Got a very tailored experiece and the whole staff helped me find the perfect clothes.

  The customer service I experienced at this location was amazing. Theresa was an absolute rock star. This is my second time in the store and second time to deal with her. What a pleasure. She suggested new products and helped me with my return. ALL done with a smile and great attitude. Impressive for sure.

  Amazing experience at Vuori Market Street. The store has a great vibe, and Phoenix Aguilar was incredible super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made everything easy and enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

  Went to the Vuori store in the Woodlands at Market Street and was really impressed. I have been ordering Vuori online for over 5 years and have looked forward to finally getting into one of their stores. This one is fairly new here and it is easy to get to. If you park in the West entrance of the parking garage you are maybe 100 yards from the store. You walk in and everything is laid out very nicely. The key to any clothing store is the staff. I don't know if they are all like Grace, but while Grace was checking other stores for an item for me two other people came up to ask if I had questions or needed help! The item I wanted was a specific color that you don't see much as they sell out quick. When Grace could not find that item at another store, she went online, found the item, got someone on the line, ensured I got the discount, put me on the phone with them and had the item ordered and ready to be delivered in the next week! On top of that I was looking for a specific hoody shirt and she showed me all of the colors online and then the white one they had in the store when I asked to see it. I ended up buying two hoodies, a short sleeve shirt in their strato fabric, a jacket that is great and the online item. Several items were on sale and that made the whole deal better yet! The key to success is customer service. Keep hiring people like Grace (Kudos to the management!), and you will be the #1 store in the company. Thanks for everything!

  I went to the grand opening on July 11. I'm so happy that Vuori is in the Woodlands. It's in such a beautiful space. All of the employees were very helpful on the grand opening day and even though I don't own Vuori clothing yet I had to give it a try. I have a pair of shorts from Nordstrom in their line and I absolutely love them so I had to give the real store a try. I will be going back eventually for more clothing. I didn't know this on grand opening day but when I purchased some clothing and checked out if they gave you a discount which was awesome the value of clothing is pretty great. I don't think it's very expensive to be honest. If you have the clothing for a long time, it makes the price worth it. I have been an avid shopper at LULULEMON for a very long time and I had to give Vuori a try. I believe the only thing that the company is lacking is the shopping bags that they give you when you purchase something I wish they were made better quality. It would make the brand that much more better hopefully in the very future, the company can do something about their shopping bags. All of the employees were very helpful in the dressing room and the dressing room atmosphere was so beautiful. They only had a few dressing room rooms which again I know the space is small to begin with, but there weren't very many dressing rooms. The dressing room rooms were were built, beautiful and decorated beautiful And it was a very nice touch. I loved that the dressing rooms used drapes instead of doors. I really like that the drapes were very high-quality drapes. I believe you have a customer for a very long time. I'm very happy with my first experience and I hope that other people will give Vuori a try as well. they had a great selection of clothing my favorite collection or color right now is the spearmint color. It's very beautiful and great for summer and about going into the fall. I got to connect with John Wilcox when I was standing in line at the checkout and he personally checked me out on his handheld device that was very personal with me. I had a great experience with him as well as the company. My experience overall has exceeded my expectations. I hope this review helps other athletic shoppers like me want to shop at the store.
