I am 5’7 and typically get a large long in clothes but I got a large regular and they were way too long. I really liked how they fit beside the length so ordered the short and they are perfect.

I'm a solid sz 6 on the bottom. I have 6 pairs of the joggers. I can wear a small or medium in the joggers and honestly they fit about the same. I ordered a medium in these wide leg and they were way too big. Really high waisted too. So I returned them for a small and guess what? The small is a little tighter than I'd like in the thighs especially. Very big difference from small to medium. I kept the smalls but I won't order any other colors.

Not if you are 5’5”…
...If you are 5'5", you will still be too short to wear these, even in the "short" size. Unless you enjoy treading on your clothes. AND in order to discover this, you must first ORDER the short size, as neither Vuori stores nor others carry the short variety. At some point, you will give up. There are other nice pants in the world.

Cute & Perfect Pants for Lounging!!
I ordered these pants for post-op knee surgery - to have something easy to slip on & off. They are very comfortable, washed up beautifully, and flattering for a wide leg pant. I'm 5' 9", weigh 137 lbs, with most of my weight on my hips & thighs. The regular length was perfect, as these run long. Both the S & XS sizes fit, but I opted for the XS as the leg width was narrower which looked better. Dreamy pants!!!
